• 25% Merlot
• 15% Mourvedre
• 12% Shiraz
• 9% Petit Verdot
• 3% Grenache
• 3% Pinot Noir

Tasting notes:

• Richly layered, black currant, cedar, slightly minty, voilet & black fruit
• Opulent and smooth tannin structure
• Enjoy with waygu beef burger and pizza

Winemaking notes:

• Harvested early in the morning and cold soaked for 6 days at 11˚C
• Fermentation over 8 days with 5 punch downs a day
• 8 days post-ferment maceration
