Cultivar:

•  100% Grenache

Tasting notes:

• Elegantly vibrant pale ruby colour
• A rich yet medium bodied wine with rich peppery spice and forest floor.
• Clean, fresh floral notes with liquorice root and figs, supported by soft, well integrated tannins.
• Lamb Chops with Pomegranat

Winemaking notes:

• Harvested early in the morning and allowed to cold soak for 5 days at 11˚C.
• Temperature was then raised to 18˚C to allow for partial natural fermentation.
• Punch downs every 5 hours during fermentation.
• Post ferment maceration of 9 days.

Oaking regime:
100% French oak, 1st , 2nd & 3rd fill.
